Q: Why the SPRS Score doesn’t change when I flip the controls marked N/A to Met?

For the purpose of the SPRS score, N/A counts the same as MET "Implemented security measures adjudicated by the DoD CIO as equally effective, and security requirements approved by the DoD CIO as ‘not applicable,’ will be assessed as ‘implemented.’" - DoD Assessment methodology

Q: Are my inputs in Copilot stored long-term?

AI processing is performed in real-time and does not involve long-term storage or logging of your input content beyond session context, unless otherwise disclosed. However, session transcripts may be saved so you can return to previous chats. This data is stored securely and can be deleted by you at any time. 

Q: Can I trigger automations manually or schedule them?

Yes. Automations can be triggered either manually or on a schedule—whichever fits your workflow best. To trigger an automation manually, the required connector and all necessary organization-defined parameters (ODPs) must be set. If you prefer to automate execution, you can configure a schedule directly from the automation’s details page. The scheduler supports flexible intervals, including hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly runs. You can view, modify, or disable the schedule at any time.
