Organization Settings

The Settings page provides access to system-wide configuration options that apply across your account. Use this centralized hub to manage essential preferences, enforce security measures, and customize platform behavior to suit your organization's needs.

Settings are grouped into the following areas.

Organization​

  • Organization Profile Manage your organization's legal name and short name, which are used in compliance documentation and reports.
  • Licensing View current license details and manage license keys. Ensure your account is properly licensed for full feature access.

Identity & Access​

  • Multi-factor Authentication Strengthen account security by requiring additional verification beyond passwords for all user accounts.
  • Single Sign-On (SSO) Configure and manage third party login methods.
  • Roles and Permissions Control access across the platform by defining roles and assigning permissions. Manage who can view, edit, or administer different parts of the system.
  • Session Timeout Define how long user sessions remain active. Set the duration to align with your organization's security and usability requirements.

Integrations & Data​

  • Import Compliance Data Upload and integrate compliance information from third-party sources to consolidate security data.
  • API Keys Create and manage API keys to enable secure integrations with third-party systems and automate interactions with the platform.
  • Mail Server Configuration Configure mail server settings so platform-generated emails, such as notifications and alerts, are delivered reliably.

Notifications​

  • Alerts Choose which notifications you receive and how they are delivered.
  • Smart List Reports Configure email notification settings for Smart List authorization reports.
  • Task Reminders Configure when reminder emails are sent to task assignees and creators.

AI​

  • ComplyAI Configure and manage ComplyAI, enabling AI-powered guidance and automation.
  • ComplyAI Designer Design and customize ComplyAI prompts and context to tailor AI interactions.

Each section is accessible from the Organization Settings page and contains its own detailed configuration options. Use these tools to fine-tune the behavior and security of your platform environment.
