Organization Settings
The Settings page provides access to system-wide configuration options that apply across your account. Use this centralized hub to manage essential preferences, enforce security measures, and customize platform behavior to suit your organization’s needs.
From this page, you can navigate to the following configuration areas:
- API Keys Create and manage API keys to enable secure integrations with third-party systems and automate interactions with the platform.
- Session Timeout Define how long user sessions remain active. Set session duration to align with your organization’s security and usability requirements.
- Mail Server Config Configure mail server settings to ensure platform-generated emails—such as notifications and alerts—are delivered reliably.
- Roles and Permissions Control access across the platform by defining roles and assigning permissions. Manage who can view, edit, or administer different parts of the system.
- Multi-Factor Authentication Strengthen account security by enforcing multi-factor authentication. Enable or configure MFA requirements for users.
