Multi-factor Authentication

The Multi-factor Authentication page lets you require MFA for every user in your tenant, adding an extra layer of security across your organization.

To open it, go to Settings, then select Multi-factor Authentication under Identity & Access.

To enable MFA:

  1. Click the slider next to Status.
  2. Click Save.

The Save button stays disabled until you change the slider, so the setting does not take effect until you save it.

Once MFA is active, every user associated with your tenant must verify their identity with a code from an authenticator app when they log in.
