Mail Server Configuration

The Mail Server Configuration page allows users to integrate various mail servers into ASCERA. You can keep the Default SMTP Configuration or provide your own with Custom SMTP Configuration.

To open it, go to Settings, then select Mail Server Configuration under Integrations & Data.

To enter a custom SMTP configuration, select Custom SMTP Configuration, which enables the fields below, then fill in:

• Host (e.g., smtps.example.com)
• Port (e.g., 587, 465, 25)
• Username (e.g., user@example.com)
• Password
• From (e.g., no-reply@example.com)

Once the required fields are filled in, click Test Connection to check that ASCERA can reach your SMTP server. After the test succeeds, click Save to store the configuration.
