Licensing

The Licensing page contains your ASCERA license and subscription details. If your license expires, you may lose access to some features, so keep it up to date to avoid interruptions in service.

To open it, go to Settings, then select Licensing under Organization.

License Information​

This section lists:

  • License Status
  • Edition
  • Licensee
  • License Duration
  • Start Date
  • Expiration Date

To obtain a new or revised license, contact your account manager or email support@ascera.com.

Activate License​

To activate a license, paste the key into the Add new License field and click Save.

Updating or replacing a license key can affect your access to the application and its features. If you are unsure about the key, contact support before you save it.
