Session Timeout

The Session Timeout page controls how long a user session stays active while a user is inactive. Session Timeout is measured in minutes, and changes affect the tenant and all of its users.

To open it, go to Settings, then select Session Timeout under Identity & Access.

To change the session timeout:

1. Confirm that Enable inactivity timeout is switched on.
2. Enter the timeout duration, in minutes, in the box below it.
3. Click Save.

The Save button stays disabled until you change a value, so the new timeout does not apply until you save it.

When the timeout is reached, users are logged out of their session automatically. A warning appears one minute before the timeout occurs.
