Audit Logs

The Audit Logs page provides administrators with a detailed record of actions taken within the application. These logs serve as a compliance and security reference, allowing you to track activity in your environment and understand whether actions were triggered by users or the system.

Viewing Audit Logs

Each log entry includes the following information:

  • Timestamp – The exact time the action occurred, displayed in your local time zone.

  • System – The system within your tenant where the action was performed.

  • Trigger – Indicates whether the action was initiated by a user or the system.

    • System: Actions triggered automatically by automations.
    • User: Actions initiated manually by a user.
  • Triggered By – For user-triggered actions, this column shows the email address of the user who performed the action.

  • Source – For user-triggered actions, this displays the IP address from which the action originated.

  • Category – The category of the action recorded in the log.

  • Summary – A description of the action that was performed.

Filtering and Searching Logs

To help you quickly find relevant logs, the page includes search and filtering options:

  • Search Bar – Enter specific keywords or values to narrow down log results.
  • Date Filters – Use the Start and End date fields to view logs from a specific time period.
