Users
The Users page provides tools for managing all user accounts within your tenant. While administrators primarily use this page to invite and manage users, non-administrator users can also access the page to view their own account details.
Key Features
1. Invite a New User
Administrators can invite new users to join the tenant.
- Enter the user’s first and last name, email address and role when sending the invitation.
- The invited user receives an email with a link to complete registration and set their password.
- Once the password is set, the user’s status changes from Invited to Active in the user list.
info
Invitation links expire after a set period of time. If the link expires before the user registers, administrators can resend the invitation directly from the Users page.
2. Manage Existing Users
Administrators can manage current users through the following actions:
- Enable / Disable User Disabled users cannot log in until re-enabled.
- Edit User Details Update information such as first name, last name, email address, or role.
- Reset Password Send the user a password reset email. The user receives a secure link to set a new password.
- View MFA Status The user table displays each user’s Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) status. This allows administrators to easily identify which users have activated MFA and which have not, helping to ensure stronger account security.
